How to Start with Fitness.

I started my fitness journey 5 years ago. Main reason to get into fitness was to get fat because I was very thin. But as days passed I couldn’t see any great results because I was just working out and not paying much attention to nutrition. Then after few years I understood the real meaning of fitness. And it changed my life completely.

Things you need to know before starting your fitness journey.

1. You’ll have to forget junk.

2. Get substitute of almost everything. (Eg.jaggery powder or brown sugar instead of white sugar)

3. Don’t Skip the gym even if you are tired. It will definitely remove all your tiredness once you start working out and will make you feel more refreshed.

4. Most common mistake everyone does is skipping carbohydrates. Please, do not skip them they are very important for your body and brain. Just have them on a right time and have healthy carbohydrates.

5. Try your best to not skip a single day of your workout.

6. Workout whenever you feel like. A lot of fitness expert tell you to workout in the morning because you are more refreshed, but it varies person to person. I personally cannot workout in the morning. I feel more energised in the night. (You should be awake and energised , that is all that matters.)

7. Eat adequate amount of healthy food the whole day on right time and with right quantity.

8. Long workout does not mean amazing workout. Just 4 exercises are enough, doing it in proper form is more important. (I workout for just 40 mins)

9. Do not expect quick result. It takes time.

10. Last but not the least.

*Don’t make fitness your destination or goal to reach, try to make it your lifestyle because only then it will stay with you forever.

I want to thank you for taking out your time from your busy schedule and reading this blog.

This is my first ever blog. Please let me know in the comment section what should I do to improve my blog and make it look more superior.

Thank you.
